Best Available Mesh Suit
Today Larissa Vacano tped me to a shop – “Mutresse” – where she wanted to show me a mesh suit. “Mutresse” appeared yesterday in different SL-blogs with a stunning dress “Vera”.
“Vera” is awesome, but you MUST see the “Simona” jacket and “Simona” trousers. I’ve not seen such excellent done mesh trousers and jackets for a long time.
“Simona” comes in different colors and is a very classic, reduced style – an every day-suit you can look different with every time you wear it with different accessoires such as scarves, blouses, shirts, bags, clutches, jewelry. Just Mix and match. Trousers and jackets are sold seperatly.
Here is a clean business set: “Simona” in combination with the sleeveless blouse with collar from “Coco”. Perfect with a short hair cut.

Skin Fair 2013: Snow Rabbit – Nea
Als Ergänzung zum Post “Mesh Head – Nein Danke” habe ich mir heute die Demo des Nea-Heads des japanischen Labels “Snow Rabbit” besorgt. Er wird auf der Skin Fair 2013 angeboten, die in Kürze startet.
Ein paar Fakten:
“Nea” ist ein absoluter Puppenkopf – Komplettpreis 6000 L$ -, der ganz sicher die Kinder-Avatare anspricht und …. ich will es mal so ausdrücken: die anspricht, die Kinder-Avatare mögen. Er wird mit einem HUD geliefert, der viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten in kleinen Nuancen für das Make up bietet, aber keine echten Individualisierungsmöglichkeiten gestattet.
Der Kopf hat KEINE Ohren – sie sind als Extra dabei und passen überhaupt nicht zum Kopf – siehe Foto unten. Die Ohren sind wulstig und sehen unnatürlich aus. Untragbar für Avatare wie mich, die sehr oft Kurzhaarfrisuren tragen.
Besonders schlimm: Zieht man die Ohren an, passiert das, was ich auf dem dritten Foto zeige. Das rechte Ohr sitzt richtig, aber das linke Ohr steckt im Kopf. Gut, man denkt, dann schiebe ich es eben wieder raus. Aaaber: Die Ohren sind nicht einzeln verschiebbar. Versucht man, das gleichmäßig hinzukriegen, stecken beide zu sehr im Kopf, statt am Kopf anzuliegen.
Nase und Mund von vorne betrachtet sind hübsch, die Augenform lässt für mich zu wünschen übrig. Die Augen sind nicht richtig geöffnet und sehen aus wie leicht zusammengekniffen. Der Mund mit seinen hängenden Mundwinklen im Profil betrachtet, geht für meinen Geschmack gar nicht
Im Menü ist ein wirklich schlimmer Typing-AO enthalten. Die Hände und Arme zittern, als hätte der Avatar einen Zitteranfall.

Sie ist lückenhaft und nicht sehr hilfreich. Warum bringt man den Kopf auf den Markt und lässt es hier (auch) mangeln?
Auch wenn es die Builderin viel Arbeit gekostet hat, den Kopf so hinzukriegen, wie er ist: Jenseits aller Geschmacksfragen darf man etwas in dieser unausgereiften Qualität keinesfalls anbieten.
Jede Käuferin, auch die, die ein kindliches Avatar-Aussehen liebt und diesen Kopf kritisch unter die Lupe nimmt, muss zu dem Ergebnis kommen, dass er sein Geld nicht wert ist – jedenfalls bei Weitem nicht diese horrende Summe.
“Erare” by “Lelutka” & “Celoe”
SL ist wirklich prima, um sich nach sechstägigen bestialischen Zahnschmerzen endlich überwunden zu haben, zum Zahnarzt zu gehen, der einem dann einen Zahn aufgebohrt und ein gehöriges Stück Kiefer aufgeschnitten hat. Nach der ersten Nacht, in der ich seit sieben Tagen mal wieder mehr als drei Stunden am Stück geschlafen habe, gehts mir langsam wieder gut, ich brauche weniger Schmerztabletten und ich fühle mich wieder wie ein Mensch. Ich werde jedenfalls nie wieder vor lauter Schiss so lange warten, denn es ist abgesehen von den Schmerzen einfach zu gefährlich, was man sich damit antut.
Mein Ablenkungsmanöver:
“Erare”, ein Gemeinschaftsprojekt der Labels “Lelutka” und “Celoe”. Die Linie “Erare” wird Outfits präsentieren, die in den Fantasy-Bereich gehen.
Hier die erste Kreation: Wunderschöne Meerjungfrauen – mit rigged/non rigged mesh parts, acht verschiedene Avatare.
Ebenfalls dabei ist ein passender AO.
Achtung: Unbedingt vor dem Kauf die Demo testen. In jedem Paket sind die Mesh-Teile nur bis Standardgröße M enthalten.

In den nächsten Tagen werden die Leser von SL-Fashionblogs überschwemmt werden von Bildern und Posts zu den neuen Schuhen von “Gos”.
Auf dem Schuhmarkt in SL ist das das beste, das es derzeit auf dem Markt gibt. Gospel Voom hat eine Marke gesetzt die nur schwer von anderen erreicht werden wird. Zumindest wird es sehr lange dauern.
Noch nie war es so einfach, die Schuhe an den Skin anzupassen, wie mit Gospels neuem Hud. Eine Sache von Sekunden, denn mehr als 300 Skins sind vorkonfiguriert, manuelle Anpassungen sind nach wie vor auch machbar.
